That’s going to be my new title. Going to get business cards made up.
There is a God October 20, 2007
Of course, I already knew that, but…I am finally getting a much-needed break from work after about three months of non-stop projects! Sure, that might sound like a good thing (and it is), but I just couldn’t keep up at that pace. Now I’m back to a normal work load and I’m relieved!
This weekend we are taking Shaelin to a nearby farm to go trick-or-treating. I can’t wait! Pictures will definitely be posted next week. Just wait until you see her costume! That way, I don’t have to schlep her out on Halloween. She doesn’t get it yet anyway, so might as well take advantage of that while I can!
Apparently I can juggle October 17, 2007
Okay, so I can’t REALLY juggle, but you might think so after I list some of the things that I’m currently working on, in charge of, or controlling because I can’t let go of them:
–Primary caregiver of a toddler
–Primary caregiver of a husband
–Grocery shopping
–Laundry
–Writer/Editor
–Scrapbooking
–Making Shaelin’s Halloween cards and birthday invitations
–Making Christmas cards
–Blogging
–Part-time cleaning (husband is VERY helpful!)
–Social events
–Bills/budgeting
–Family events
–Appointment scheduler/keeper
CALGON, TAKE ME AWAY!!!!!!!
Breathe, breathe, breathe October 5, 2007
So my work schedule has been beyond crazy. I have the luxury of working from home and the fortuity of having my niece as a sitter for my daughter. I am so lucky! However, I have been taking on extra work lately because we are trying desperately to save for a house. (We currently live in a townhouse.)
Yesterday I worked from 12-6, then again from 7-10, then this morning from 5-7, then today from 2-6:30, and will again from 7-10! UGH. I know it’s all worth it, but the stress is not!
I think I’ll go to another concert this weekend so I can get a buzz on. hee!
